What folks are saying about Patti

Positivity and Mind/body Awareness

As a retired nurse, I feel it’s even more important to focus on keeping healthy. I have always been committed to lots of exercise. But, that wasn’t enough. Over a decade ago I started doing yoga. And it is helpful. But, I like trying new things. So, I tried Tai Chi, even though I really didn’t think it would add value. I was very wrong. Going forward I will always make Tai Chi part of my routine. It helps me focus on positivity, mind/body awareness, balance, relaxation, centeredness, and and a connection to nature and my spirituality.

One of the things I don’t do well is slow down. But Tai Chi helps me do this while I am moving my body. And Patti Craig is the best instructor!! If you want to take a risk and try a Tai Chi class, you need to go to her class!
